NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY – April 2011
I acknowledge that I have received user name and password for Pitcher's partner portal, PitcherZone, and that I accept that such user name and password are personal access codes which shall not be disclosed to any third party.
I also confirm that, during my cooperation with Pitchers as well as upon the termination of such cooperation, I am obliged to observe full secrecy and keep confidential any and all information on Pithers and the business activities of Pitchers acquired by me as a result of my access to Pitcher's partner portal.
I am aware and accept that some of the information etc. to which I gain access constitutes business secrets for Pitchers and is consequently protected by law pursuant to the Swedish law on protection of business secrets (1990:409), and that any disregard of the above will be deemed a violation of such provision.
Finally, I confirm that I am aware and accept that Pitcher's partner portal and the information etc. presented thereon are entitled to Pitcher's copyright protection and are solely to be used in connection with my cooperation with Pitchers. Consequently, such information shall not be disclosed to any third party and shall not be used or copied for private or other use. Any information which may have been printed out or copied from the portal for the purpose of the cooperation with Pitchers - irrespective of the media used - must be returned immediately in case of termination of the cooperation, irrespective of the reason for such termination. I confirm that I am not entitled to exercise any lien on such information.

Jag accepterar att jag erhållit mitt personliga användarnamn och lösenord till Pitcher’s Intranät och att dessa konfidentiella uppgifter aldrig får överlämnas till tredje part.
Jag är införstådd med att all information som finns tillgänglig på Pitcher’s Intranät är sekretessbelagd och att jag ej kan delges till tredje part varken under eller efter avslutat samarbete med Pitcher’s.
Jag är även införstådd med att delar av informationen på Pitcher’s intranät är affärshemligheter och är skyddad av Svensk lag (1990:409) och att spridning av sådan information kan bestraffas av domstol.
Jag är medveten om att all information på Pitcher’s intranät är skyddad av upphovsrätt och kan endast användas i samband med mitt samarbete med Pitcher’s. Ingen information får kopieras eller skrivas ut för eget eller tredje parts bruk. Alla dokument som skrivits ut skall återlämnas när samarbetet med Pitcher’s upphör oavsett anledningen till upphörandet.
